Existed Innovations ("we," "us," or "our") operates the OnePaging mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and delete information when you use OnePaging.

By using OnePaging, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

Email address — Used for account creation, sign-in with Google, and account recovery.

Username — Used for your public OnePaging page URL and your identity in the app.

Display name and bio — Used to show on your public profile page.

Custom links and social links — Content you add to your link page.

Profile photo and background images — Used for profile customization.

Link thumbnails and uploaded images — Visual content you add to your page.

Theme and appearance settings — Used to customize how your page looks.

Premium subscription status — Used to manage paid features when subscriptions are available.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Firebase Authentication identifiers — Used for secure login and account management.

Device and app identifiers — Used for app functionality and security.

Usage analytics (page views and link clicks) — Used to show analytics for your own profile inside the app.

Crash and diagnostic logs — Used to improve app stability when enabled through Firebase.

2.3 Information from third parties

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email address and basic profile information allowed by Google.

When you purchase Premium through Google Play, we receive purchase or subscription status from Google Play Billing. We do not receive your full payment card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account

• Let you build, customize, and publish your link page

• Store your content in the cloud using Firebase

• Provide in-app analytics such as views and clicks on your page

• Process Premium subscriptions when available

• Respond to support requests

• Improve app security, performance, and features

• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

4. How We Store and Protect Data

Your data is stored using Google Firebase services:

• Firebase Authentication for account sign-in

• Cloud Firestore for profile data, links, and settings

• Firebase Cloud Storage for images and uploaded files

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access to your data is restricted by authentication and security rules so only you can modify your own content.

We retain your data while your account is active. See Section 8 for deletion options.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only in these situations:

Google (Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google Play) — We share account, profile, storage, and billing-related data as needed so the app can function. Google acts as our service provider.

Legal authorities — We may share information when required by law.

We do not share your data with advertisers for targeted advertising.

Your public OnePaging page, including your username, links, and published profile content, is visible to anyone who visits your page URL.

6. Children's Privacy

OnePaging is not directed at children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact existedinnovations@gmail.com and we will delete it.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you

• Correct inaccurate data by editing it in the app

• Delete your data or account (see Section 8)

• Withdraw consent by deleting your account

• Request a copy of your data by emailing existedinnovations@gmail.com

California (CCPA/CPRA): We do not sell personal information. California residents may request disclosure or deletion by contacting us.

EEA/UK (GDPR): We process data based on contract performance, legitimate interests such as security and improvement, and consent where required.

8. Data Deletion

You can delete your data in two ways:

Option A — Delete My Data (keep account)

In the app: Menu → Account → Delete My Data

This removes links, images, themes, settings, and analytics but keeps your login, email, and username.

Option B — Delete Account (full deletion)

In the app: Menu → Account → Delete Account

This permanently deletes your Firebase account, username, Firestore data, uploaded files, and local app data.

After full account deletion, data is removed from our active systems. Backup copies may remain for a limited time according to Firebase and Google retention policies.

9. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries where Google and Firebase operate, including the United States. Google provides safeguards for international data transfers as described in Google's privacy documentation.

10. Third-Party Links

Your OnePaging page may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies before sharing information with them.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at https://onepaging.com/privacy with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
